Job summary

Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is seeking part-time and full-time Customer Service Representatives for our national Call Center in the Atlanta Castle, Lawrenceville, GA. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. You will assist guests, answer questions about the show, and help with ticket purchases.

Work hours are flexible to accommodate nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer paid time off, 401K with match, medical/dental/vision, and complimentary show tickets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of guest calls with care and professionalism.
• Provide information about show, pricing, and packages.
• Assist guests in purchasing show tickets and upsell upgrades.
• Address guest concerns and coordinate ticket changes when needed.
