Job summary

Brightpoint invites you to join our mission-driven team supporting families in Central Illinois. As a Group Facilitator - Fatherhood Support, you will lead a weekly Parents Care & Share group for Spanish-speaking fathers, build safe relationships, and connect participants with community resources.

Role emphasizes bilingual communication (English/Spanish), group leadership, and outreach in Bloomington/Central Illinois with a flexible, part-time schedule at approximately five hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for group facilitation and outreach.
• Experience facilitating groups and engaging clients in community settings.
• Knowledge of local resources and ability to coordinate with partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and facilitate weekly Parents Care & Share groups for Spanish-speaking fathers in Central Illinois.
• Coordinate events (food/snacks, outreach) and develop parent leadership.
• Recruit participants and provide referral information to community resources.
