As a Group Facilitator - Fatherhood Support, you will plan and lead the weekly meetings of a Parents Care & Share group for Spanish-speaking fathers in Central Illinois and engage in other relevant group work, such as outreach, arranging for food or snacks at group meetings, or parent leadership development in the area.
