Job summary

Brightpoint invites you to join a mission-driven team delivering in-home doula support for young families in Champaign and surrounding counties. You will provide prenatal education, labor and postpartum guidance, and help families prepare for childbirth within a strength-based, family-centered model.

The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish background, an appropriate degree or certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to conduct home visits.

Qualifications

• Must have bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Degree or certifications in social work, human services, or doula training as required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to attend in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting relationships with participants and families.
• Provide prenatal education and in-home support.
• Attend labor and postpartum visits with families.
• Assist with birth planning and safety assessments.
• Maintain documentation and Medicaid billing as required.
