This bilingual role requires English and Korean fluency, a bachelor’s in a related field, and up to 5 years in payroll/HR functions; you will manage audits, benefits enrollment, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–5 years of payroll, accounting, global mobility, or HR experience with a focus on Korean expatriate management.
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Process and administer dual/shadow payroll for expatriates with accurate tax withholding and reporting in both South Korea and the U.S.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to verify calculations, bonuses, and allowances.
• Coordinate with mobility providers to update COLA, foreign service premiums, and housing allowances.
• Oversee expatriate benefits enrollment including health insurance and relocation packages.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. FLSA, IRS, and Korea Labor Standards Act; manage risk and corrective actions.
