Job summary

Global Scientific Solutions for Health (GSSHealth) seeks a bilingual French-English Global Health Project Coordinator to manage administrative, logistical, and stakeholder-engagement tasks for international public-health projects. You will support ECHO sessions, maintain schedules, coordinate training and travel, and assist with deliverable tracking under the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or related role, preferably in global health or federally funded programs.
• Experience coordinating virtual meetings, webinars, and travel; familiarity with project schedules and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide program administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and team on global health projects.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes; follow up on action items.
• Coordinate logistics and timelines for online and in-country workshops and activities.
• Track progress against Gantt charts and deliverables.
• Draft summaries for funder reports and support reporting.
• Arrange travel and procurement for equipment and other commodities.
• Coordinate Project ECHO and virtual learning activities; manage bilingual materials and records.
• Facilitate meetings in French and English and provide translation of routine materials as needed.
• Communicate with francophone stakeholders and contribute to newsletters and website updates.
