Wafna is seeking an Export Sales Coordinator to support the International Export Division. The role emphasizes robust sales administration, order processing, and clerical support for international customers, with a focus on Latin America.

You will engage with internal teams to expedite shipments, manage pricing, inventory, and cross-references, and maintain accurate records. Strong ERP and Excel skills along with Spanish/English bilingual ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales administration or export/import operations.
• Experience with ERP/order processing and advanced Excel for data tracking.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process international and domestic customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Respond to inquiries about shipments, order status, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and government compliance for shipments.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting to track shipments and payments.
• Provide pricing, delivery schedules, inventory, and cross-reference information to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items.
• Handle invoices, purchase orders, and filing while supporting export department tasks.
