Job summary

TitleMax in Dallas, TX is seeking a bilingual Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive customer success in a dynamic retail finance environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service with leadership experience. You will manage risk, assist with loan/pawn applications, and coordinate in-store marketing while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, MS Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while focusing on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
