Job summary

Local Food Manufacturer is seeking General Laborers for 2nd and 3rd shifts in a fast-paced food production environment. Overtime opportunities are available, with comprehensive benefits and career growth potential. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive training where needed.

Responsibilities include packaging, inspection, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining GMP compliance while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus, we will train.

Responsibilities

• Package and inspect food products.
• Operate production equipment safely.
• Maintain quality and food safety standards.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support production goals and teamwork initiatives.
• Perform general labor and warehouse-related duties as assigned
