Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency required to communicate effectively with production employees regarding quality, food safety procedures, GMPs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks on production lines.
• Monitor product quality, packaging, and specifications.
• Monitor and verify CCPs and Preventive Controls.
• Maintain accurate quality and food safety records.
• Assist with BRCGS and third-party audit preparation.
• Support sanitation documentation and monitoring.
• Ensure GMPs and food safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate quality issues to the appropriate teams.
