Job summary

Northeast Precast in Vineland, NJ is hiring bilingual Site Work Heavy Construction Laborers to support diverse project sites. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, site preparation, and assisting crews with precast installation and general labor duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in Spanish—Required.
• Previous construction, site work, or heavy labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation.
• Support installation of precast concrete products and drainage systems.
• Load/unload and organize materials and tools.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and follow procedures.
• Support equipment operators and crew, perform cleanup and safety tasks.
