Job summary

SCI in Tucson is seeking a compassionate, client-focused professional to guide families through funeral planning. You will listen actively, present services and property options, and coordinate with families to customize arrangements.

As a primary contact, you will manage inquiries, follow up on progress, and collaborate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure seamless service. Proficiency in Salesforce and a drive to exceed targets are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Current state driver's license with clean record; Life Insurance License as required by state.
• At least 1 year of customer service or direct sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to work in the death industry; positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to build professional relationships and apply reasoning and planning.

Responsibilities

• Listen to families to understand needs and present services and options.
• Drive to show cemetery plots or niches and explain options.
• Enter selections into electronic contracts and obtain signatures.
• Follow up with families as arrangements progress and address issues.
• Maintain leads in Salesforce and pursue a 4-to-1 close rate.
• Coordinate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure seamless service.
