Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in Fulani and English.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns.
• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding hiring status.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and job seekers.
