Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Recruiter to join the Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on recruiting janitorial/custodial team members for multiple business lines, with bilingual English/Spanish required. This on-site position is located at 320 Eleonor Roosevelt Avenue, San Juan, PR 00918.

You will manage full recruitment life cycle, from planning and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and onboarding, while aligning with centralized talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Customer-service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with candidates to facilitate the hiring process in person, via email, text and phone.
• Source, reach out to and engage candidates for designated hiring centers.
• Review background, drug-screen and motor vehicle paperwork per ABM systems.
• Develop candidate leads through resume searches, job fairs, college recruiting, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Attend job fairs and effectively present ABM and open positions to candidates.
• Create and publish recruiting materials and advertising on internal/external systems.
