Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a merchandiser to greet customers, assist in locating merchandise, and direct them to the appropriate specialists. Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, and maintaining displays on a daily basis, while adhering to planograms and sale signage.

The role includes stock adjustments, cycle counts, and acting as the front floor security. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish, are encouraged to apply as part of our diverse team culture.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for number sequences and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or direct to parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep display fronted, full and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms; ensure sale signs and flyers are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; complete store To Do List.
• Act as main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security.
• Support O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities and clock in/out per policy.
