• Check in and check out patients.
• Process orders approved by physicians via calls or faxes.
• Monitor voicemail and respond to inquiries daily.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
• Notify physicians of lab/test results and appointment times.
• Provide excellent patient service and maintain a welcoming environment.
