Job summary

VIP Medical Group in Irvine, CA is hiring a Patient Services Representative/ Medical Assistant to support front desk and clinical workflow. You will greet patients, triage, assist providers, and maintain records in a fast-paced clinic.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year MA experience, and preferred CMA certification. Bilingual English/Spanish and EMR exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CMA preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant and EMR familiarity.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and triage to ensure a smooth flow.
• Assist providers, take vital signs, and input data into the system.
• Maintain sterile exam rooms and manage records and charts.
• Provide clerical support: documents, scheduling, and calls.
