Job summary

MaxHealth in Tampa is seeking a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinic.

You will greet patients warmly, manage forms, maintain confidentiality, and support the clinic team while showcasing compassion and multitasking abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for patient interactions in our primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and EMR/EHR systems required; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Collect co-payments and maintain accurate billing information.
• Answer phones and provide friendly, professional customer service.
