Job summary

MaxHealth in Naples is seeking a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Must be bilingual English/Spanish; starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, plus a benefits package including health insurance, a 401k plan, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out to ensure smooth arrival and departure.
• Schedule appointments and assist patients with forms or paperwork.
• Collect co-payments and maintain accurate billing details.
• Answer phones and provide empathetic, professional customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information throughout daily tasks.
