Trophy Nissan in Mesquite, TX is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to greet customers, manage phone and email inquiries, and handle basic administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and fluent in English and Spanish, with prior receptionist or customer service experience. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement within the dealership.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, front desk, or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Create a friendly and welcoming first impression for dealership guests.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM.
• Assist customers with license plate pickup and related requests.
• Perform general front office and administrative duties.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing FedEx and UPS deliveries.
