The Dental Clinic located on Kedzie/63rd in Chicago is hiring Front Desk Receptionists to join our team. This full-time role focuses on scheduling appointments, supporting operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Dental/medical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and meet monthly and daily goals.
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, and greet patients.
• Accurately verify dental benefits and maintain patient records.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles and process insurance pre-authorizations.
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Keep the office clean and professional.
