Reser’s is seeking a front office professional for a daytime, on-site role with hours 7:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone and greets vendors and visitors.
• Provides administrative assistance to production offices.
• Distributes job applications and receives completed resumes.
• Sorts, files, and scans office documents.
• Sorts, distributes, and sends mail for the production offices.
• Responds to various customer and employee requests.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Screen applicants when needed.
• Coordinates EE engagement events.
• Runs errands.
