Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front Office and Reception: serve as receptionist and switchboard operator in English and Spanish, welcome applicants etc.
• Recruiting Coordination: schedule interviews, post open positions, assist with candidate sourcing and initial screening.
• Onboarding and Orientation: prepare onboarding packets and conduct new hire orientation.
• Automation and Applied AI: use approved AI tools to draft communications and schedule interviews.
• Payroll and Compliance Support: assist with payroll documents and maintain confidentiality.
