LIVIT Staffing in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist and Recruiting Coordinator. You will manage the front office, handle calls in English and Spanish, schedule interviews, post jobs, and prepare onboarding documents while maintaining applicant and personnel records.

Automation and AI tools will be used for candidate communications, scheduling, and documentation. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and may require occasional local travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of receptionist, administrative, recruiting, or staffing experience.
• Experience with AI or automation tools preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk receptionist and switchboard operator for all inbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Schedule interviews and maintain recruiter calendars; post open positions within 24 hours.
• Prepare onboarding packets and conduct new hire orientation.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and candidate records; ensure timely communications.
• Support payroll/document collection and maintain confidentiality of information.
