Sea Mar Community Health Centers is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first contact for patients and visitors. You will support front office operations and help create a positive patient experience while aiding clinic flow.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. A fast-paced clinic environment and equal opportunity employer status are noted, with a starting wage of $21.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information.
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources.
• Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas.
