Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state seeks a Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide administrative support in a busy clinic. Qualifications

• High school education required.

• Word processing and spreadsheet experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and callers and provides guidance.
• Directs callers to appropriate staff and routes messages.
• Handles front-desk clerical tasks and basic word processing.
• Manages mail and prepares incoming/outgoing mail processing.
• Performs routine administrative duties as needed by supervisor.
