Sonrava Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face of our dental practice in Vista, CA. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

The role supports marketing efforts and requires good communication, organization, and computer skills. Training and growth opportunities are available in a brand-new, modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Answering telephones.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain appointment book.
• Confirm appointments.
• Follow up on no shows or cancellations.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet.
• Chart filling.
• Cash handling.
• Check voicemail daily.
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager or PDM.
• Support local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
