Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide guidance to all callers and visitors.
• Direct callers to appropriate staff or locations, and take messages.
• Provide clerical support (typing, spreadsheets) and handle mail.
• Receive incoming mail and stamps postage; assist with deliveries and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
