Job summary

Select Medical in Glendale, CO is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet and register patients, handle scheduling, and coordinate with payers and providers. This full-time role operates weekdays (Mon-Thu, 7am–6pm) with a compensation range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience.

Multiple benefits accompany full-time employment. You will manage front-desk activities, assist patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and support operations at the outpatient PT center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.
