Job summary

IBI Clinic is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Ambassador) to deliver exceptional patient onboarding, schedule telehealth or in-person visits, and support front desk operations with a patient-centered approach.

You will engage with English- and Spanish-speaking patients, coordinate appointments, manage billing touchpoints, and help promote services through social media content while maintaining accurate records and smooth clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency preferred; English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong sales, conversion, and closing skills.
• Experience with EMR and patient scheduling systems.
• Exceptional communication with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Ability to upsell services.
• Attention to detail in booking and payments.
• Technical aptitude to learn telemedicine systems.
• Administrative excellence in patient intake, scheduling, billing.
• Social media savvy to drive traffic and promote services.

Responsibilities
