Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer clinic phones, schedule patient appointments and reminders.
• Register patients and document billing information.
• Provide patients with eligibility information for services.
• Receive and record payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain confidential patient documents.
• Process and distribute mail, reports, and inquiries.
• Patient rooming and vitals intake.
• Administer point of care testing.
• Assist in other duties for the Family Wellness Center.
