Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Representative at our Richmond Hill, GA location. You will greet members, check in guests, answer phones, and communicate club events with a friendly, professional demeanor. A Spanish-speaking ability is required for this role.

Responsibilities include assisting with retail, scheduling services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities to grow within the club.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
• Must be 18+ years old and available for open schedules.
• Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and farewell
• Check in members and guests per company procedures
• Facilitate club software messages at check-in
• Answer phones courteously and professionally
• Communicate events to members and guests
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for all
• Handle member requests or escalate to manager
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Assist in retail, childcare, or desk areas as needed
• Support Operations Manager as required
• Follow Employee Handbook policies and procedures
