Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Enter and update customer information in CRM.
• Assist customers with license plate pickup and related requests.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing FedEx and UPS deliveries.
• Support additional administrative and customer service duties as needed.
