Tal T Roudner MD, PA, a busy plastic surgery practice in Coral Gables, seeks a vibrant Medical Front Desk Coordinator. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle calls, collect payments, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. Prior front desk or medical office experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in medical front desk, preferably in plastic surgery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients warmly and directing care flow.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Answer a high volume of calls on multiple lines.
• Communicate pertinent information with patients in person and by phone.
• Confirm data is up to date and organized in the system.
• Keep accurate patient records.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Perform general office duties including emailing, faxing, and scanning.
