Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry in Houston is seeking a friendly, bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to greet families, manage the front desk, and coordinate appointments in a fast-paced pediatric dental office.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and can travel between locations as needed, delivering a welcoming patient experience for children and parents.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental office with direct customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, team members, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and patients and create a welcoming experience at the front desk.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with clinical staff as needed.
• Coordinate between locations as needed to support operations.
• Support the team with daily administrative tasks and customer service.
