Lone Star Pediatric Dental and Braces is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Belton, TX. You will manage front desk operations, greet families, and ensure a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), has a high school diploma, CPR certification, and prior dental/medical office customer service experience. Occasional coverage at nearby locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Prior experience in a medical, dental, or professional office with direct customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage front office operations and scheduling to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Greet patients and families, answer phones, and coordinate appointment logistics.
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional front desk environment.
• Assist with occasional coverage at nearby locations as needed.
