Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces in Elgin, TX is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish and English. You will welcome patients, manage front office duties, and support team operations in a fast-paced dental environment. Schedule: 7:30 a.m.

– 5:30 p.m. with travel between Lone Star North and Elgin locations; required education is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior medical/dental front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in medical or dental front desk is preferred.
Strong customer service and organizational skills essential.
Willingness to travel between Lone Star North and Elgin locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee front office tasks and patient flow.
Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage communications.
Maintain accurate records and front desk operations to ensure a welcoming experience.
