McAlvain Construction, a Big-D Company, has an opportunity for a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team of construction professionals based in Boise, ID.

Technical Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)

Tasks
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist with booking conference rooms and arranging meeting setups
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, HR support, and document preparations
- Monitor and order office supplies and PPE for new hires to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Serve as a liaison with vendors and service providers for maintenance and office needs
- Maintain the company’s contacts list and manpower chart
- Enter applications into the HR system and distribute them to managers for review
- Facilitate the Safety Glasses Reimbursement Process
- Manage tracking system for labor law posters for new job sites
- Safeguard sensitive information
Experience and Education
- High School Diploma (Required); an Associate or Professional Degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
