Aufgaben

• Uphold UNFCU's mission and provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Provide memorable member experiences using the service excellence model.
• Process transactions accurately: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, checks, currency buy/sell.
• Replenish ATMs, TCRs and coin machines.
• Reconcile and complete end-of-day backup work; secure vault.
• Stay updated on regulations, UNFCU products, procedures and technology.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Comply with BSA/AML/OFAC policies: report suspicious activity, file CTRs/SARs, complete training.
