What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy

- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and provide clients with accurate information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using the computer simultaneously
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both English and Standard French

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
