Job summary

RGP is seeking a Manager level Finance professional to support the Value Added Services organization in the Latin America and Caribbean region. You will partner with business leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights that guide growth; translate complex data into executive-ready narratives for decision-makers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting leadership.
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is REQUIRED.
Experience in Financial Services/FinTech/Payment Card Services is REQUIRED.
Advanced financial modeling and data analysis; strong Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP/financial systems (Hyperion, TM1) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and long-range planning with VAS leadership.
Deliver end-to-end financial analysis on revenue, headcount, investments, and operating expenses.
Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and ROI assessments.
Prepare executive-ready reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations.
Strengthen controllership and audit readiness.
Collaborate cross-functionally on billing, revenue recognition, and operations.
Align KPI definitions and reporting logic across the organization.
Promote financial acumen to enable better decisions.
