Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
• Evidence of sound physical health and clearance as required.

Aufgaben

• Reviews potential resource family's file upon assignment of home study.
• Schedules the first interview within 72 hours of assignment and first face-to-face interview within 10 days.
• Conducts a minimum of 3 face-to-face interviews for the SAFE home study.
• Schedules interviews and makes recommendations with required certification for SAFE home study within 4 weeks.
• Maintains weekly case consultation with supervisor.
• Completes final home inspection as needed.
• Completes staff trainings as required by the agency and CCL.
• Assists with day-to-day operations around the office when not in the field.
• Assists with pre-certification trainings for prospective families.
• Assists as a backup CPR instructor for families.
• Prepares materials and teaches foster parents as needed.
• Assists in emergencies, placement duties, and office duties as needed.

Ausbildung

Master's degree in Social Work

Bilingual English/Spanish

Valid California Driver's License

Licensed or eligible to be licensed per Community Care Licensing
