Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Forklift Operator for a company in Summerville, SC. You will safely operate forklifts to move materials, load and unload shipments, stack and store inventory, and communicate in both English and Spanish with supervisors and coworkers.

This full-time, on-site position runs Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed, 7:00am to 5:30pm. Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits and a referral bonus offered after 30

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift operating experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Dependable, punctual, with reliable transportation.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, lumber, furniture, or cabinet environments.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials, pallets, cabinets, and finished products.
• Load and unload incoming shipments and outgoing customer orders.
• Stack, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, production staff, drivers, and coworkers in English and Spanish.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Bilingual Forklift Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Forklift Operator for a company based in Summerville, SC.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Thursday (Friday overtime as needed)

1st shift – 7:00am until 5:30pm

Bilingual Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials, pallets, cabinets, and finished products
• Load and unload incoming shipments and outgoing customer orders
• Stack, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, production staff, drivers, and coworkers in English and Spanish
• Assist with General warehouse duties as needed

Bilingual Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous sit-down forklift operating experience is required
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, lumber, furniture, or cabinet environment
• MUST be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
