Masis Staffing Solutions in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Bi-Lingual Food Production Line Lead for the 1st shift (5:00am–3:30pm). This on-site role guides a team on a production line assembling and packaging sandwiches in a clean, fast-paced food environment.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays punctual, and can work in a 38-degree cold setting, while adhering to GMPs and sanitation guidelines. Wage is $18.00-$22.00/hour DOQ, with opportunities within food production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Guide a team on a food production line assembling and packaging sandwiches.
• Support food production by helping assemble and package products in a clean, fast-moving environment.
• Place ingredients on sandwiches along a conveyor line, wrap sandwiches, apply labels, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow GMPs and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean production area.
• Work with management to ensure quality and safety protocols.
