Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging line operations to meet goals.
• Assist with breaks, lunches and schedule changes as needed.
• Maintain product quality through regular checks and standards adherence.
• Collaborate with Processing, Maintenance, QA, R&D, Shipping/Receiving to resolve delays.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide direction to production staff and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation and data input in SAP.
• Perform sanitation activities as required.
• Support supervisor duties in absence of the Production Supervisor.
