Job summary

Surestaff, LLC is hiring a Bilingual Machine Operator for a food manufacturing client in McCook, IL. You will operate automated and semi-automated production equipment and report to the supervisor on shift times.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 2nd shift runs 3pm-11pm, with competitive pay and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• LOTO training completed before trained on production lines.
• Able to demonstrate leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all machines and be cross trained on all production rooms.
• Follow the production schedule and shift times as directed by the supervisor.
• Report absenteeism or tardiness to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and comply with GMPs and safety rules.
• Reconcile components after each run and ensure proper storage.
