Job summary

Food Bank for Larimer County is seeking a Fresh Food Share Technician at our Fort Collins location. You will welcome clients, mentor volunteers, and ensure food is safely and equitably distributed.

The role blends hands-on operations with community connection and supports a mission-driven team. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and English proficiency (Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to follow safety and food handling guidelines.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with professionalism and compassion.
• Uphold Food Safety guidelines for safe distribution.
• Stock, organize, and maintain the distribution area using FEFO.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack as needed.
• Track inventory and communicate needs to Operations Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility and participate in housekeeping.
• Train and coordinate volunteers to support a welcoming environment.
