Mexican Sugar is seeking a Server to deliver high-end casual dining experiences with warmth and attentiveness. You will know our menu items, suggest the right drinks, and create guest loyalty through thoughtful, bilingual service that remains approachable and gracious.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and consistency in service, with a focus on elevating the guest experience in a vibrant Latin-inspired setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Possess a passion for service that is comforting, effortless, warm, and attentive to guests.
• Know origins, pronunciations, and ingredients of menu items.
• Recommend drinks for the occasion, including margaritas and tequila selections.
• Create regular guests through resort-style service that is bilingual and detailed.
• Inspire teammates to ask for help and balance great service with efficiency.
