My Secure Advantage is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Financial Success Coordinator) to provide a welcoming, efficient experience for members seeking financial coaching and support.

In this fully remote role, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, schedule coaching sessions, and ensure accurate documentation while protecting member privacy and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service, member services, call center, scheduling, customer success, or related role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Experience with phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Ability to manage high volume of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Comfortable working remotely and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members, explain available services, and set expectations.
• Ask questions and actively listen to identify financial needs and goals.
• Connect members with appropriate coaches, services, or resources.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per established processes.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation; ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
