Job summary

You will complete required licenses and trainings. The role is designed for a market-wide opening with in-office training and potential for a phone-based start, depending on location and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals that were met or exceeded
• Sets and accomplishes goals
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships
• Communicates effectively and confidently with clients
• Manages time and capacity in a fast-paced environment
• Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies
• Available to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals using a financial plan and brokerage products
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing relationships
• Provides coaching to referral partners on client needs and product services
